If I alt-tab out of fullscreen and then back into it, it runs absolutely fine again until I load into another area. It's just inconveniencing to have to alt-tab out of the emulator every time I load into a new area for it to return to full speed.
Can you check your GPU clocks? Maybe it's clocked down on this slowdowns. As fullscreen has another gpu load, the heuristic may change. ZTP uses efb2ram which leads the driver to think that we don't need full speed. This is the first time I ever heard of a non-overclocked x handling p 60FPS slow preset without issues, on a single computer setup, unless games or other software light on CPU load somehow allow it to work well, which would still surprise me. It's also a sort of streamer myth that "slow" encoding is the unicorn of picture perfect settings, much better than anything else.

I have already reinstalled windows, steam and r3e, no change. Anyone else have an idea? Request to support unanswered for 1 month.
